Vacation

Sometimes I think there's no better word in the English language. We're in Australia (Tasmania at this moment, to be specific) and have another week or so to go. These pictures are from Whitehaven Beach in Queensland. The sand is so fine, NASA used it to help cut glass or parts or something (I really wasn't paying attention) for the Hubble Telescope. The water is truly turquoise but clear at least up to your mid-thigh.
