I spent a little time in Sarobi not too long ago, a district in Kapisa Province. As per usual, I didn't get to leave the French base we were visiting (frowny face here) but I did get to take in some of the local scenery and even take a cheesy hitchhiking photo next to the below sign. Not surprisingly, their dining facility served the best non-naan bread that I've had in Afghanistan. Bien sur.
